Job Summary

Join the dynamic team at our Hardware & Home Centre as a Store Supervisor. In this role, you will lead daily shop floor operations, support your team, and ensure a high standard of customer service. Working closely with the Store Manager, you will help drive sales, maintain store standards, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Sales Associates and Merchandisers to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer service
• Maintain an active presence on the shop floor, assisting customers and guiding team members
• Handle customer issues, including returns and escalations
• Support sales performance and team productivity through coaching and oversight
• Ensure shelves, displays, and promotional areas are properly stocked and presented
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with Inventory to maintain availability
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
• Coordinate with other departments to support overall store operations
• Help minimize loss, damage, and shrinkage
• Be available to work as required based on business needs

Qualification & Skills

• 3–5 years’ experience in retail or sales, preferably in a hardware or similar environment
• Previous supervisory experience or strong leadership ability
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Basic computer skills, including POS and Microsoft Office
